BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Family and Children’s Services is a non-profit agency governed by a Board of
Directors. Directors are selected from residents of Hants County at the Annual
General Meeting and may serve for two three-year terms. The Annual General
Meeting is normally held on the third Tuesday of May.
The Board conducts it business according to the governance model laid out in the
work of John Carver.
