Wishbook Program
 

An entire family is provided with a complete Christmas, including dinner and gifts. Supporting participation is usually from a group of people or an organization although some families have done this as a special way of helping them celebrate the spirit of giving to others during Christmas. A group expresses an interest in sponsoring a family and a family profile is given to the organization. The groups bring their donation to the agency and it is delivered to the family by the staff of Family & Children’s Services just before Christmas Day. Due to confidentiality, supporting groups cannot have direct contact with families.
